“A water leak damaged the hardwood floor in my kitchen, and I didn’t want to replace the floor throughout my entire condo. Steve suggested using hexagon tiles, and making the floor look like a waterfall flowing out of the kitchen. I searched the tiles myself, and he did a fantastic job replacing the damaged flooring. He was both flexible and accommodating, always asking, ‘Do you want to do this, or do you want to do that’ making sure I got what I wanted. Friday afternoon, he took down all the barrier walls, put his tools away and cleaned up, making sure I had a clean environment for the weekend – it was like he’d never been there! Then he was back again on Monday. As a contractor, Steve Klein listened and was very conscious of my needs and wants – and I’m thrilled with the creative solutions he came up with for me. Steve is very detail oriented and asks all the right questions. I wanted to do cedar inside the bathroom for a log cabin look and he suggested pine instead because it didn’t absorb the moisture as much and with the high moisture content from the steam shower I’d be better off. I wanted to go with a natural stone and he said that with natural stone you have to seal more often and I wanted to go low maintenance so we went with a tile. Steve kept us in the loop the whole time – he asked us what we wanted at every stage. No surprises. He said what he was going to deliver and he delivered exactly what he said.” Tim Rochemont

“Revolution did our entire basement with heated floor, and herringbone bordered, patterned tile, and it’s about one-thousand square feet. It was extremely complex, to do all those cuts for tiles and everything. It turned out absolutely amazing – show home quality! Steve Klein has a good balance of being social and working hard, he doesn’t just put his head down and work. He takes time to chat to a toddler. You can ask his opinion on something and he’s not – “Gotta get back to work” – he’s very approachable. He’s also respectful of little things like when my kids nap and making sure my cats stay inside, because they’re not allowed to go out. Steve tidies up after himself, which is not very common in a lot of trades. We’re in a new house and we’ve had a lot of trades come in with our builder.
