STEVEN KLEIN – President/Director

Carpentry and renovations have always been a big part of my life.

Throughout my school years I worked with my mother to buy, renovate, and sell numerous houses. Although I enjoyed it and was good at it, it wasn’t until I was in my 20s that I recognized it as a true calling. I had designed and built my first custom desk. I can still recall the pride, satisfaction, and elation I felt while looking at something I’d produced with my own two hands.

Shortly after, I entered the Carpentry Apprentice program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). My passion for carpentry and my love of the studies resulted in my receiving top marks in my class every year. I was also nominated for ‘Apprentice of the Year’ for 3 of those 4 years. I am proud to have graduated as a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter.

In 2007 I started REVOLUTION CARPENTRY & RENOVATIONS LTD.

I did so because I wanted to revolutionize the industry with a wide variety of materials, new techniques, and the most recent knowledge available. I was also upset about the fact that many builders were ( and still are) – building things badly by cutting corners and using substandard materials and practices. We have the ability, tools, and materials to build things better than ever before. I knew I could deliver a cut above what most other renovation businesses were offering by combining these with innovation and creativity.
